I am Alec Chase and I am a designer.
I am 33 years old and live in Lafayette, IN.
My three passions are: Art, Music and Food. As a child I would draw or paint all day.
Even in school, though I didn't take any art classes that weren't required, I would
draw and doodle all day long. All through high school I was involved in music in some
form or another. In my later years I spent most of my time in the hospitality
industray and even went to culinary school.
But it wasn't until 2003 where I found a profession where I can surround myself with
all three...Graphic Design.
I am able to take art and apply it to so many other things and two of those things
being Music and Food! So this made my choice, for the move to the field of design,
rather easy and exciting.
One other reason I like what I do is because I love helping people. Especially
smaller or start up businesses. And when they succeed I succeed.
A few other tidbits: I am funny, cynical, caring, angry (mostly at people who cannot
drive). I love chinese food, mexican food and...well...FOOD. I have great taste when
it comes to music. I have great friends and family who support me to no end.
I am me.
I did, however, forget to mention another great passion of mine and that is baseball.
I am an avid baseball fan and a HUGE Chicago White Sox fan. It's probably the most
perfect sport. You could argue with me, but you'd be wrong.
